This is an inter-division incentive. This is not an incentive for staff whose job specifications already requires them to perform lead generation as part of their daily tasks. There will be a Dispute Committee to manage any disagreements
ENSURE YOUR LEAD IS ACCEPTED AND PROCESSED
All leads need to be sent via the Honeyguide form found on the Intranet. This form needs to be sent to both your manager and the manager of the division the lead is relevant to.
PAYMENTS
Payments will be made depending on each divisions’ rules. Payments being made at the absolute discretion of management. Incentive will be Taxed against statutory tables
Leads for the recruitment of new staff.
It must be an advertised position.
R2 500.00 if the person is employed.
Property and Estate/Facilities Management:
Full Property Management

There must be a successfully signed new complex/facility contract.
Commission is one month’s Management Fee (excl. vat)
30 Unit Complex = +/- R 3 000.00
200 Unit Complex = +/- R 16 000.00
The commission will be paid on receipt of the first months management fee
Rental Asset Management Services:

Tenant Management
There must be a successfully signed rental management mandate.
Commission is one month’s Management Fee (excl. vat).
Management fee is between 6%-8% of monthly rent.
The commission will be paid on receipt of the first months rent.
REFERRAL COMMISSION FOR A BUYER.
Consolidated sales will earn the referrer 20% of the agent’s portion of the commission.
Development leads will only be entertained 4 weeks after initial launch of a particular project.
Any lead will be subject to verification that the entity has not made contact with Renprop in the course of the last 6 months.
The commission will be paid on registration of transfer.
REFERRAL COMMISSION FOR A TENANT
Consolidated rental agreement will earn the referrer 10% of the agent’s portion of the commission.

REFERRAL COMMISSION FOR A SELLER
A lead generated for an owner who wants to SELL a House, a Stand or a Unit in a complex will be rewarded.
Staff that provide a referral that becomes a registered sale will earn 10% of the agent’s gross commission.
Example: Property Sells for R1, 000,000 at 5% commission. The referral amount will be R2500.00
Staff will be paid on registration of transfer.
Ensure you receive acceptance from Manager and Agent.

Renprop & Broker share commission
% of Sales price or Lease value (Rental x Duration)
SALES = Approximately 5% under R10mil, more than R10 is negotiable
LEASING = 5% of 1st & 2nd year, 2.5% of 3rd, 4th & 5th years

How do you qualify for the Finder’s Fee and how much do you earn?
You will qualify for a fixed finder’s fee payable for each successful registered introduction. The fees are applicable as follows:
