OneRenprop encourages staff to submit qualifying business referrals across the company using the official referral forms 📝 From Rentals and Resales to Commercial, Property Management, Projects, Share Solar, and beyond — you never know where a simple introduction could lead 🔑

Any referral that results in a successfully signed contract will qualify for commission remuneration as follows:

💰 The first 2 months’ management fees received will be paid to the referrer.
💰 The first management fee received in the 2nd year of the contract will also be paid to the referrer.

🏠 Rental Asset Management Services
(Tenant & Maintenance Management)

To qualify, a successful rental management mandate must be signed between the client and Renprop.

Commission payable:
💰 One month’s management fee on a 12-month lease agreement (excluding VAT).
📌 Management fees typically range between 6%–8% of the monthly rental amount.

Commission will be paid once the first month’s rental payment has been received.

🏠 Tenant Referral Commission

Successful tenant referrals resulting in a concluded rental agreement will earn the referrer 10% of the agent’s portion of the commission received 💰

📌 All referrals are subject to verification to ensure the client has not been in contact with Renprop within the past 6 months.

🏡 Seller / Purchaser Referral Commission

Referrals for owners looking to sell a house, stand, or sectional title unit will qualify for commission remuneration once the sale is successfully concluded and registered.

💰 Staff members whose referral results in a registered sale will earn 10% of the agent’s gross commission.

Example:
A property sold for R1 000 000 at a 5% commission structure would result in a referral commission payout of R2 500.

📌 Commission will be paid upon successful registration of transfer.

🏢 Commercial Leasing & Sales Referral Commission

Our Commercial division focuses on income-generating properties, including:
🏬 Retail Space
🏢 Office Space
🏭 Industrial Property
🌍 Land Opportunities

Commission structures are based on traditional SAPOA guidelines.

📌 How Renprop Commission Works:
Commission is shared between Renprop and the broker, and is calculated on:
• A percentage of the sales price, or
• The lease value (rental amount × lease duration)

💰 Sales Commission:
Approximately 5% on sales under R10 million.
Sales above R10 million are negotiable.

💰 Leasing Commission:
• 5% of the 1st and 2nd year lease value
• 2.5% of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th year lease value

🤝 Referral Commission:
Successful referrals will earn the referrer 20% of the broker’s portion of the commission received.

👥 Employee Referral Incentive

💰 Employees who refer a successful candidate will receive R5 000 once:
• The new employee has successfully completed their 3-month probation period
• The employee is appointed in a full-time position

Know of a scheme that isn’t currently managed by Renprop? Refer them to Share Solar and earn commission on successful projects 💰⚡

Successful referrals will earn the referrer 1% of the total project capital cost.

Example:
💵 A R5 million solar project could earn you R50 000 commission.

💧 Borehole Africa

Know of a scheme that isn’t currently managed by Renprop? Refer them to Borehole Africa for water security and borehole solutions and earn commission on successful leads 💰

Successful referrals will earn the referrer R5 000 per successful lead.
